How can artificial intelligence elevate Miami’s talent pipeline?
The area’s institutions for higher education are looking towards AI and its role in preparing Miami’s talent for the jobs of the future. To hear and learn more, join us for our next Academic Leaders Council event on September 18th at The Idea Center at Miami Dade College. Space is limited and registration is required.
The event will feature a timely and engaging conversation on AI and its impacts on the future of education and work with renowned expert Dr. Jay Liebowitz, along with insights from ALC members.
This will be our fifth event with the Academic Leaders Council, or ALC, which comprises the presidents of the six major colleges and universities and the Superintendent of Miami-Dade County Public Schools.
The ALC is a key component of Opportunity Miami and its future-focused mission of imagining the Miami of 2040 - and helping our community build it. In thinking about Miami’s future perhaps the most important factor is talent development.
Last year the group launched the 2040 Talent Development Goals, a roadmap that sets the region toward building the most uniquely diverse, skilled regional workforce in the Western Hemisphere. You can read the full report here.
