🧑💻 "The Community of our Communities"
How shared spaces like THE HUB are driving entrepreneurship

In the heart of Miami, on the fifth floor of the Omni building, something bigger than a coworking space is taking shape. The HUB at Office Logic in downtown Miami is not just about “shared internet, shared desk, but more importantly, shared purpose,” says founder and CEO Noelle Jackson.
The HUB was created to give startups and small businesses more than a physical address — it was built to give them a home. Jackson, who has spent her life as an entrepreneur, saw both the gaps and the opportunities in Miami’s business ecosystem.
“[Running] a small business my entire life, I understand the trials and tribulations of having a small business. And therefore I understand and I know what they need,” she explains in our latest Opportunity Miami Interview.

From Laundromats to Legacy Building
Starting out with a background in accounting, Jackson later owned a laundromat and a janitorial business, eventually becoming the company trusted to disinfect and maintain the Omni building in the heart of the Performing Arts District of Downtown Miami during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. When she noticed vacant spaces post-pandemic, she saw an opportunity to create something big.
“They gave me a maybe. And the maybe, I took it as a yes,” Jackson recalls. “As long as [the door] is partially open, I’m going to walk through, and I’m going to continue to try because I’m here for a reason. I believe that everything in my life has brought me to this point.”
That persistence turned into The HUB, which today is home to over 100 founders across industries, from high-end concierge firms to marketing agencies, podcasts, and AI startups.
Collaboration in Action
For Jackson, what makes The HUB different is the way collaboration unfolds every day.
For example, three founders – Black Opal Life, a high-end concierge company, MCM marketing, and Unity Productions – are all working together on a major project.
“I’ve had the chance to partner regularly with fellow businesses here. It’s proof that at The HUB, collaboration isn’t just encouraged, it’s part of the culture,” wrote Naima Mustafa, founder of Cana Living, also a HUB member.
For Jackson, the purpose goes even further than business partnerships.
“My goal is to make sure that every person feels like they belong,” Jackson said. “They walk through the doors and they know they have a place, a safe space where they can be themselves… In person, that’s when the magic happens.”
A Community of Communities
Jackson is determined to connect Miami’s entrepreneurs.
“The HUB is a space, but we’re nothing without the people,” she emphasizes. “Tech is tech, and tech touches everything. But you also have hairdressers, wellness, impact work, biotech — they’re all operating in siloes. The more that they have a home base, the more grounded they can be, and the more they can build.”
Her vision is that The HUB becomes that home base: “Every community has a home at The HUB. It is about the collective coming together.”
It is also about legacy — not hers, but the founders she supports. The HUB is planting the seeds of a movement to create a “community of our communities” and perhaps, as Jackson believes, that “one big thing” that will put Miami on the global innovation map.
